To create a live brand-experience to support the Relapse album launch to bring the Relapse ‘rehab’ brand personality to life and support the album’s ATL awareness campaign.
Key objectives: increase awareness of the Relapse album, generate media coverage and engage target audience members through an interactive brand relevant experience, encouraging album sales.
The target audience of 15-35 year old people in Central London were invited to the mock Relapses Rehab Centre, located in Covent Garden.
After ‘checking in’ with nurse Brand Ambassadors and receiving hospital-like wristbands, participants were led to individual cubicles complete with hot and cold compresses, privacy curtains and headphones. To add to the multi-sensory experience blood-cranberry juice and branded candy medication was provided and the opportunity to hear tracks from the album.
To finish, a mini-massage was provided to sooth worries away.
