Aims & Objectives:
Royal British Legion caseworkers are responsible for visiting ex-service people in their own homes who are in need of support. This training film explores hidden signs that caseworkers should look out for, which suggest the person may need help in areas beyond why the caseworker is visiting. It trains caseworkers in how to get to the heart of issues affecting their client

Intended Audience:
The film is shown to new staff as part of their induction training for the role of caseworker – offering them practical advice and tips.
