Aims & Objectives:
This film was produced as part of training and induction for all customer-facing employees and agents within the Post Office network.
The key objectives of the video were to:
• Help people understand that very often it’s the most simple considerations and changes which make the biggest difference to our disabled customers
• Reduce concerns or mistaken preconception that employees and agents might have had regarding serving disabled customers
• Raise awareness that disabled people are just like any other customers and require the same level of quality service that any other customer would require
• Hear from disabled people themselves and to gain a better understanding of what they need and want
• Act as vehicle to highlight the Post Offices’s activities in helping to make it a more accessible organisation.
