The Launch of Statoil 2009
Category supporter
Produced by
Jack Morton Worldwide
Aims & Objectives:
We were tasked with creating and producing a global event designed to launch Statoil’s new vision and visual identity internally, installing pride and a sense of ‘new beginning’ within the company. We were required to transform a traditional internal brand launch event into a global digital experience.
Intended Audience:
30,000 Statoil employees in 120 locations across the world came together to celebrate the new brand through a global satellite broadcast, two-way video conference and webcast experience.
From the BBC studio in London, Statoil’s CEO Helge Lund revealed the company’s new vision and mission. His 20-minute presentation used cutting-edge augmented reality to visualise Statoil’s new brand, community, technology and achievements in ways never seen before, with every detail true to life.
