The aim was to reduce drug and alcohol abuse – and also absence – among soldiers by focusing on the decision-making process. All three issues had to be combined into a credible and effective script.

Intended Audience:
Junior ranks (aged 16-25) and young officers (aged 20-30) for internal training.
