Aims & Objectives:
To create a series of short, punchy, broadcast-style documentaries to help secondary school students and Teachers get the most from the new science, technology, engineering and technology (STEM) curriculum. The overall aim was to bring to life STEM subjects using real world examples in a way that would chime with the audience.

Intended audience:
The intended audience is 12-16 year old students and their Teachers. The films are being viewed in the classroom (usually on an interactive whiteboard) via a website and will be shown on Teachers TV during Science and Engineering Week 2010. The films are supported by short ‘engineer profile’ and technology clips, games and teacher notes on the above website as part of a flexible, engaging resource.
