Pretzel Films
Aims & Objectives:
To explain to both staff and consumers why M&S had decided to charge 5p for the sale of their carrier bags. As part of M&S’s ‘Plan A’ policy on the environment, we needed to show where the money for the sales went; in supporting local communities.
Intended Audience:
The film was used extensively by M&S to increase staff and customer awareness. It was shown within stores, as well as on M&S’s website. It was also used on the website of the charity who received the profit from the bag sales; Groundwork. In-store the film was used as one complete piece comprising of 5 stories, whereas, online each story was used as an individual film.
